Who We're Looking For

We seek compassionate and experienced therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LMHC) to provide empathetic, non-judgmental care to our members. This pay-per-encounter W2 position offers flexibility in scheduling while ensuring job stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct telehealth counseling sessions using our technology platform.
  • Create comprehensive patient assessments and assist in treatment planning.
  • Ensure documentation complies with clinical and state regulations.
  • Develop meaningful connections with clients.
  • Provide personalized care tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Participate in monthly clinical case reviews with the Lead Psychologist.

What We Offer

Qualifications

  • Unrestricted LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or LPC license in good standing in California.
  • 2+ years of direct care experience (excluding orientation/training).
  • Committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Ability to collaborate with MD/NP staff on medication management.
  • Skilled in various therapeutic modalities and adaptable to clients' needs.
