Successful Candidates Must Have:

• An active RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• At minimum a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
• At least 2 years of nursing leadership experience
• Prior clinical practice experience in the unit or specialty of interest is required
• A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) is strongly preferred
• Additional certifications may be required depending on the nursing specialty
